It's not December yet but the streets and shops are already decorated for Christmas. The chilly weather is arriving but we can still go outside. Even though we have to wear our sweaters to go outdoors we don't want to waste a day because we know that soon we'll be hibernating.
The girls were whiling to do something fun while Carolina was still at school. The Sunset is at 4:30pm so now our days are shorter and the forecast was saying that raining days were coming up. Hopefully Carola doesn't find out that she missed this Christmas project. She can't miss a thing!
This was a very simple project. I just told them to paint a Christmas tree. The only tricky part was that they had to make their colors. So they had to mix the blue and the yellow to make the green for the tree.
To play with paint I rather be outside then inside the house so the kids can have more freedom to make their experiments without stressing me out.. ha!
I love to go to the beach and watch the beauty of the lake even when is cold. I think those projects are fun for my kids and a great therapy for me too. Feeling the breeze, watching the lake, the nature it's so relaxing! So beautiful!
Manu was having so much fun that she went a little wild with her Cristamas project. Not sure how she manage to paint het bow.
Gabi even though she is the youngest she was really neat. She asked several times for Manu's help mixing the colors and took her time to finish her project.
These Ikea blackboard is really cheap. I totally recommend to have at least one in your house so the kids can feel creative.
